• Return & Exchange Policy

    【Eligibility】

    • Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt (excluding items that are damaged due to misuse or have been used).
    • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including the product itself, accessories, invoice, and original box.

    【Non-Returnable Items】

    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Items that show obvious signs of use or intentional damage.
    • Defects not caused by our fault or responsibility.

    【Return & Exchange Process】

    1. Request a Return/Exchange:
      Please contact our customer service within 7 days and provide your order number and reason for return.
    2. Customer Service Confirmation:
      Our team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
    3. Return the Product:
      Please send the product back along with all original packaging and the invoice to the designated return address.
    4. Refund Processing:
      Once we receive and confirm the returned item, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

    【退換貨流程】

    申請退換貨:請於七日內聯繫Mail客服,提供訂單編號與退貨原因。

    客服確認:Mail客服將審核申請並回覆處理方式。

    退回商品:請將商品連同原始包裝與發票寄回指定地址。

    退款處理:我們在收到退貨並確認無誤後,將於 7-10 個工作天內完成退款(依原付款方式退回)。
